Flexible and Proportionate
ARCA Fondi SGR S.p.A. implements the Principles by following a flexible and proportionate approach, based on qualitative and quantitative criteria.
ARCA Fondi SGR has defined its strategy for the exercise of the rights attached to the financial instruments held in the portfolios it manages.
These guidelines are based on a commitment to exercise such rights in a reasonable and responsible manner, solely in the interest of investors. They set out the general criteria to be followed when exercising voting rights at the shareholders’ meetings of issuers of financial instruments held in the managed portfolios.
In exercising the rights attached to the financial instruments held in the managed portfolios, ARCA Fondi SGR draws on the behavioural guidelines set out in the “Italian Stewardship Principles for the exercise of administrative and voting rights in listed companies” issued by Assogestioni.
The purpose of the Principles is to provide high-level best practices that encourage dialogue and collaboration with the listed issuers in which the managed assets are invested, within the scope of collective asset management and portfolio management services.
The Principles aim to improve the quality of communication with the listed investee companies and encourage asset management companies to create added value for their Clients/Investors by effectively addressing issues related to corporate performance.
